新时期高校休闲教育的现状及对策研究

摘　　要：闲暇时间增加是现代社会发展的必然趋势,也是社会文明进步的标志。加强高校休闲教育是社会发展的必然要求,也是"以人为本"教育理念的内在要求。大学生不容乐观的休闲现状反映了我国高校休闲教育的缺失,高等院校应大力加强休闲教育,引导大学生树立科学的休闲价值观,培养其休闲能力,构建文明健康的校园休闲文化,为和谐校园的建设和大学生的全面发展营造良好的氛围。Poor leisure situation of undergraduates reflects the deficiency of leisure education in universities of our country.Strengthening leisure education is urgent and important.Leisure education is fundamental to human-centered educational philosophy.I appeal universities should enhance leisure education so that students can fully understand the value of leisure,realize the significance of leisure.They should guide students to learn how to spend their leisure time,construct a civilized and healthy leisure culture on campus,and to provide atmosphere for harmonious campus and all-round development of undergraduates.
