摘  要:为提高脱毒草莓试管种质材料的利用率,提高脱毒草莓试管苗的继代增殖倍数,缩短生产周期,降低脱毒草莓试管苗的成本,在草莓试管苗继代培养时进行了单个叶柄托叶接种培养试验。在“MS+6-BA 1.0 mg·L^-1-2.0 mg·L^-1+IBA0.2 mg·L^-1”培养基上不经过愈伤组织阶段,直接从叶柄基部的托叶部位再生了试管植株,植株再生率达100%,最高再生试管苗数达12.5株·托叶^-1;将单叶柄托叶接种培养法应用于脱毒草莓的继代快繁,草莓试管苗的最高增殖倍数达传统方式的9倍;利用单叶柄托叶接种法继代繁殖草莓脱毒苗可大幅度提高草莓试管苗的继代增殖倍数,缩短生产周期,降低成本。To increase the material utilization and the reproduction percentage of virus-elimination strawberry in vitro and to curtail the production cycle, to reduce the production costs, we have been cut the single petiole with stipule of virus-ehmination strawberry on the medium in vitro. The shoots have been reproduced directly from the region of stipules at the base of petiole in the" MS+6-BA 1.0mg·L^-1 -2.0 mg·L^-1 "medium, the percentage of shoots regeneration is 100% and the highest number of shoots reproduced is 12.5 (stub/stipule). By this way for rapid propagation of virus elimination strawberry , the highest number of shoots reproduced is 9 times of the traditional procedure. The reproduction percentage of virus-elimination strawberry in vitro have been increased, the production cycle shortened and the production costs reduced.
