摘 要:光照是影响彩叶植物变化的因素之一,它影响植物色素的合成及调节有关的酶活性,进而影响彩叶植物的呈色和生长。本实验通过采用不同的光强处理来研究光强对彩叶植物元宝枫的叶色表达影响,测定其在不同光强下叶绿素、可溶性糖、花色素苷等指标的变化情况来分析对元宝枫叶片的着色影响。根据实验结果得出全光照条件下元宝枫叶片细胞内花色素苷含量、可溶性糖含量最高,叶绿素含量最低,叶片呈色最好,最具观赏性。Light is one of the factors causing the leaf-color's variety. It influence the expression of leaf color and the growth through affecting plant pigment synlhesis is and adjusting relative enzyme activity. This experiment researches the effect on leaf-color's expression of Acer truncatum Bunge through adopting different light intensity treatment. This paper analyzed the effect on leaf-color's expression of Acer truncatum Bunge by determining the variety of chlorophyll's content, soluble sugar's relative content and anthocyaniffs relative content in leaves of Acer truncatum Bunge under different light intensities. The result showed that the content of anthocyanin and soluble sugar is maximum; the chlorophyll's content is minimum, the leaf-color's expression is best and has the view and admires quality under the full light intensity.
