摘　　要：彗星试验是研究有核细胞 DNA 损伤和修复的一种新方法。在血液系统疾病中,主要用于监测某些贫血性疾病的 DNA 氧化损伤,检测遗传不稳定综合征,了解血液肿瘤的生物学异常,研究抗肿瘤药物的作用机制,预测化疗效果,评价细胞毒药物的耐药等,具有广泛用途。Comet assay is a new method to investigate DNA damage and repair of karyocyte.It has been widely used to moniter DNA oxidative damage of some anemic disturbance,detect inherited instability syndrome,investigate biological abnormalities of neoplastic hematologic disorders.It also be applied to study antitumor mechanisms of several chemical drugs,predict chemotherapy effects,evaluate drug resistance of cy- totoxic drugs in hematological diseases.
