摘　　要：判断异基因造血干细胞移植(allo-HSCT)成败与否的重要方法之一是检测移植后受者血细胞的嵌合状态,不同的嵌合类型对于预后判断、临床早期干预等具有重要的指导意义。文章重点阐述allo-HSCT后不同系列血细胞嵌合状态的临床意义及用STR-PCR检测的研究进展。One of the important methods which are used to assess whether or not allo-HSCT succeeds is to monitor the chimerism of recipient's blood cells.Different chimerism types have significant roles on prognosis and early clinical intervention.This article mainly explains the clinical roles of chimerism of blood cells from different series and the progress of PCR-based analysis of short tandem repeats (STR) in detecting the chimerism after allo-HSCT.
