摘　　要：我国传统的高校学生管理中存在的问题,究其深层原因,很大程度是由于"以人为本"的管理理念的缺失所造成的。因此,首先要从学生管理制度设计这个源头上扬弃传统观念,将"以人为本"作为制度设计的逻辑起点和精神内核,强化学生管理制度的服务内涵,以学生身心全面发展作为管理的第一要务和核心理念。The main causes of the defects in current college student management system are the lack of taking human beings as the essential.Therefore we need discard the traditional concept in current college student management system,and regard human-oriented concept as the logical start and the spiritual kernel.Meanwhile we need intensify service meaning of system design and regard all-round development of college students as the first mission and kernel ideology.
