备战十运会山东帆板队冬训期间生化指标监测

摘　　要：以山东帆板队9名参加十运会帆板比赛预赛的运动员为研究对象,应用多项生化指标———血红蛋白(Hb)、血清肌酸激酶(CK)、血尿素(BU)以及尿常规指标,对冬训最后阶段及预赛进行了跟踪监测,并阐述了这些指标变化的机制,旨在分析评定其身体机能,为训练安排提供参考。分析结果表明,冬训期间的训练负荷较大,但运动员基本能适应,且预赛前状态较好。The purpose of this paper is to appraise the body function of Shandong sailboarding athletes and provide a good reference for training by testing some bio-chemistry index in the final stage of Winter Training for the 10th National Game and analyzing the change of the index.The results shows that the athletes could bear the high load during the winter training and their firness in the pre-competition state was quite good.
