摘　　要：和谐思想在中国源远流长,中国古代关于和谐社会的设想为我们今天构建社会主义和谐社会提供了可贵的思想资源。和谐社会是人类最美好的社会状态,和谐社会的基本内涵包括:和平稳定;和顺协调;和合有序。社会主义和谐社会的基本伦理要求:把建立良好的人际关系、代际关系、种际关系作为基本价值诉求;把公平和正义作为重要的价值前提;把人的全面发展确立为终极价值目标。社会主义和谐社会的构建,一方面需要"善治"政府的谋划,另一方面需要广大公民的积极参与。The harmonious thought is well-established in China,the tentative plan about harmonious society in China ancient times affords us the valuable thought resources on constructing socialism harmonious society.The harmonious society is the happiest society condition,it's basic connotation includes:peace and stability;obliging coordination;with gathers haste foreword.The socialism harmonious society's basic ethics requests:considering the establishment of good interpersonal relationship,generation of border relations,and kind of border relations as the basic value demand;considering the fair and the just achievement as the important valuable premise;considering the person's full scale development as the ultimate valuable goal.Socialism harmonious society's construction,on the one hand,needs 'friendly governs' government's planning,on the other hand,needs the general citizens' positive participation.
