农户农业生产性投资及其地区差异——基于农村公共事业发展角度的实证分析

摘　　要：结合地区农村公共事业发展,采用1990~2004年我国25个省份面板数据,对影响农户农业生产性投资的因素及这些因素对农户农业生产性投资影响的地区差异进行了探讨。结果表明:地区农村道路、水利、通讯等公共事业发展、农业产出品与投入品价格、农户存款、住房投资、土地规模、非农就业比例、生产性实物资本存量等对农户农业生产性投资具有显著正向影响。同时,这些因素对农户农业生产性投资的影响存在一定地区差异:农村通讯、水利对东、中、西部地区农户农业生产性投资影响显著,农村道路对东部地区农户农业生产性投资影响显著;东部地区土地的适度规模经营较中部和西部地区显著;农业产出品价格与农业投入品价格的比价对中、西部地区农户农业生产性投资影响显著;西部和东部地区农户农业生产性实物资本边际产品产量递减的趋势较中部地区农户显著等。This article analyzes the factors which affects the peasant household's agriculture productivity-oriented investment and the regional disparity of the peasant household's agriculture productivity-oriented investment,adopting the panel-data of 25 provinces of our country from 1990-2004.The result is that the rural area road,water conservancy,common investment of communication,peasant household's family savings deposit,building assets,land scale,the price of outputs and inputs and the non-agriculture employed labor have notable effect to peasant household's agriculture productivity-oriented investment.And there are some discrepancy of different area:the effect of the water conservancy,common investment of communication are notable to the whole area,the effect of the rural area road is notable to the east,the effect of land scare is notable to the east,the price of outputs and inputs are notable to the west and the middle part area,and the trend that the marginal products of capital is decreasing is notable to the middle part area than the east and the west parts.
