摘　　要：通过分析广西县级电网调度自动化系统建设的现状以及存在问题,提出建设县网调度自动化系统建设模式,数据采集和监控系统(SCADA)、在线高级分析应用软件(PAS)、调度员培训仿真系统(DTS)及配电管理系统(DMS)一体化、模块结构方案,分期发展策略。By analyzing the current status and existing problems in constructing Guangxi power network dispatching automation system at county level, a construction mode is proposed for establishing the dispatching automation system at county level, together with the integrative and structural modularized scheme of supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), power application software (PAS), dispatcher training simulator (DTS) and distribution management system (DMS), as well as the strategy for development by stages.
