摘 要:针对属性值以模糊语言形式给出,属性权重完全未知但给出有方案偏好信息的模糊多属性决策问题给出决策方法。该方法是将模糊语言给出的属性评估及方案偏好转换为梯形模糊数,通过建立一个不确定二次规划模型来确定属性的权重,基于加权平均法则来对规范化的模糊属性值及权重进行集结,利用模糊数大小比较的期望值方法来对方案进行排序和择优。最后给出一个应用实例。A new method was presented to deal with the fuzzy multiple attribute decision making problem with preference information on alternative, in which the arribute weights were unknown completely and the attribute values were given in the forms of fuzzy linguistic assessments. The fuzzy linguistic assessments and the preference information were transformed into trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. An uncertain programming model was constructed to determine the attribute weights, to aggregate the normalized fuzzy attribute values and weights on the basis of additive weighting average, and ranking alternatives by using the expected value operator of fuzzy variable. Finally, a numerical example was used to illustrate the proposed method.
