浅谈社会保险个人帐户数据的管理

摘　　要：个人帐户管理是社会保险业务管理的一项重要内容熏其数据出现舛误熏对国家、集体和个人都是十分有害的。要提高个人帐户数据的安全系数熏应该从以下四方面着手押尽量杜绝人为因素的干预;规范个人帐户修改的范围和内容;实现个人帐户修改的审批权限和修改操作权限严格分离,建立完善的监督机制;规范个人帐户数据修改的操作规程。The management of personal account is one of the important contents of social insurance businesss. Any error in the account is harmful to the state, the collective and individuals. To enhance the security of the datathe following aspects should be stressed: To wall up the intervention of man-caused elements; to standardize the range and the contents of personal account modification; to exercise the rules of the limits of authority and modification separately; to establish and perfect the monitor system and standardize the operational regulation of account data modification.
