摘　　要：服装工业生产中的样板,起着模具、图样和型板的作用,是排料画样裁剪和产品缝制过程的技术依据,也是检验产品规格质量的直接衡量标准。运用服装CAD进行样板设计制作可以提高准确度和制作的效率,但如何运用服装CAD进行样板订正、修正,工业用样板的缝头样式选择、操作过程,以及添加标示点、纸样说明等的技巧是生产人员需要了知的,也是本文所论述的话题。Industrialized fashion master sample functions as module,graphics and shape profile,which is the techni- cal basis for garments selection, sample drawing,product tailoring and sewing and the criteria for directly evaluating specification and quality of fashion products.The application of fashion CAD can improve master sample design in terms of precision and efficiency.This case study also dis- cusses how to use the fashion CAD to refine and revise master sample,dem- onstrates industrialized master sample linking pattern selection and process and introduces the skills such as add- ing marks and pattern sheet noting, which are the base knowledge neces- sary for line workers.
