摘  要:对DG420/13.7-Ⅱ2型四角切圆无烟煤锅炉开展了燃用非设计混煤燃烧优化的数值模拟与试验研究,预测的煤粉燃尽率与试验结果基本相符。正宝塔配风能提高煤粉燃尽率,有利于提高锅炉燃烧效率,推荐采用;倒宝塔配风会使煤粉燃尽率和锅炉燃烧效率明显降低;均匀配风和缩腰配风的煤粉燃尽率则处于正宝塔配风与倒宝塔配风的两者之间。锅炉采用优化研究成果后,锅炉效率明显提高,有效改善了机组运行的经济性。Numerical simulation and experimental investigation were carried out on combustion optimization of DG420/l 3.7- Ⅱ2-type tangential anthracite-fired boilers burning undesigned blended coal. The predicted burnout rate of pulverized coal agrees basically with the measured data. Under recommended pagoda type air distribution mode, the burnout rate of pulverized coal and the combustion efficiency of boiler are increased. Under waist drum type air distribution mode, the burnout rate of pulverized coal and the combustion efficiency of boiler are obviously decreased. Under uniform and shrunk- middle type air distribution mode, the burnout rate of pulverized coal is between those of pagoda and waist drum type air distribution. By using pagoda type air distribution mode, the boiler efficiency and the economic efficiency of unit are obviously improved.
