摘　　要：文献信息资源的开发与利用,有赖于读者获取信息能力的培养和提高。作为采编工作人员,更应该努力学习专业知识,认真做好本职工作,为读者及时提供各种文献资源,为发展图书馆事业贡献力量。The exploitation and utilization of literature and information resource hangs on the fostering and enhancing readers＇ abilities of acquiring information. The editors should strive to study specialized knowledge, be conscientious and complete own work, offer various literature resource for readers in time, thus to contributes to the development of library enterprise.
