摘  要:采用紫外光谱定性定量分析野生植物茅莓主要有效成分黄酮化合物,并对其进行液相色谱-电喷雾质谱联用。液相色谱流动相A:CH3OH、B:H2O+1%乙酸,电喷雾负离子质谱(-ESI)。液相色谱流出时间16.21min的化合物为六羟基双氢黄酮醇二聚体形式,分子量640,占总黄酮的91.71%;流出时间19.61min的化合物分子量448,为槲皮甙,占总黄酮的8.29%。Qualitative and quantitative analyses for total flavones in wild Rubus parvifolius Linn (RPL)were performed using Ultraviolet Spectroscopy and isolation and structure determination of their main active ingredients have been carried out by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),thin layer chromatography(TLC),coupled with Electrospray ionization-mass Spectroscopy(ESI-MS).Two flavones in RPL were separated,and they are herahydroxy dihydroflavanonol and quercetin. Two chromatographic spots were gotten when polyamide TLC plate was used to separate the flavones,Two compounds were separated and identified by HPLC-ESI-MS. The constructions of compound 1 tR 16.21min,dimer -ESI m/z639, in order to 3, 5, 7, 3', 4', 5'-Hexahydroxy dihydroflavanonol monomer m/z319. The constructions of compound 2 tR 19.61min, -ESI m/z 301, in order to quercitroside.
