摘　　要：文章简述了输气管道维护外聘用工的现状,分析了直接外聘用工的四大法律风险,并总结了输气管道维护外聘派遣用工的具体做法和管理成效。最后针对《劳动合同法》即将出台对外聘派遣用工模式所带来的新的法律风险,提出了完善外聘派遣用工管理模式的思路。Current situations of outside employment for gas pipeline maintenance are introduced. Directly outside employment have some legal risks. The practical process and management achievements on outside employment for gas pipeline maintenance are analyzed. Aiming to the new risks caused by "Labor Contract Law" that will be issued immediately for outside employment pattern, thoughts on improving management models for outside employment accreditation are discussed.
