摘　　要：目的观察糖化血清蛋白(Gsp)水平在短期胰岛素泵强化治疗2型糖尿病中变化。方法选取空腹血糖值>10mmol/l的2型糖尿病患者41例,观察采用短期胰岛素泵强化治疗前后Gsp,三餐前、后及睡前血糖,糖化血红蛋白,总胆固醇,甘油三酯变化。结果胰岛素泵强化治疗后,Gsp,三餐前、后及睡前血糖在短期内达标,治疗前后糖化血红蛋白具有明显统计学差异,治疗后总胆固醇、甘油三酯较前有明显下降。结论对于2型糖尿病患者,胰岛素泵强化治疗可有效地控制血糖、Gsp、糖化血红蛋白水平,使第一时相胰岛素分泌为代表的β细胞功能及高脂毒性明显改善,对心脑血管等急慢性并发症有防治作用。Objective To observe the value of blood glucosylated serum protein(Gsp) in type 2 diabetes patients treated with insulin pump as intensification.Method A total of 41 type 2 diabetes patients were selected,whose blood glucose have not been controlled well.The level of blood glucose、Gsp、HbAlc、cholealerol and triglyccride of the patients were measured and analyzed.Result after intensification treatment with insulin pump,the blood glucose,HbAlc and Gsp levels of the patients were controlled well within a short time.Conclusion The intensification therapy with insulin pmnp for type 2 diabetes can control their blood sugar effectively.Thus it can improve the β-cell's function and avoid acute complications,lessen and postpone chronic complications.
