糖尿病患者血清脂蛋白(a)和血小板活化的初探

摘　　要：目的　探讨血清脂蛋白(a) (LP(a) )水平与2型糖尿病血管并发症及血小板活化的关系。方法　92例2型糖尿病患者按血管病变有无分为糖尿病不伴血管病组(n =5 5例) ,糖尿病伴血管病变组(n =37例) ,另选择对照组(n =4 7例)。采用免疫比浊法在全自动生化分析仪上测定血清LP(a) ,流式细胞仪测定血小板活化指标CD6 2p、CD6 3表达明显升高(P <0 .0 1)。糖尿病患者血清LP(a)水平与CD6 2p、CD6 3呈正相关(r=0 .5 7及r=0 .5 8,P <0 .0 5 )。结论　2型糖尿病患者血清LP(a)Objective To explore the effects of sera levels of lipoprotein(LP)(a) on angiopathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus and the relationship between the sera level of LP(a) and platelet membrane glycoprotein CD62p、CD63.Methods 92 patients with type 2 diabetes including 55 without angiopathy and 37 with angiopathy,and 47 normal persons were observed.The sera levels of LP(a) were measured by automatic boochemisfry analyzer.Platelet membrane glycoprotein CD62p、CD63 expression were analyzed by flow cytometric immunofluorescence(FCM).Result The levels of LP(a) and the positive expression of CD62p、CD63 in type 2 diabetes with angiopathy were significantly higher than those in the other two groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01). In the diabetes,LP(a) correlated positively with CD62p、CD63(r=0.57 and r=0.58,P<0.05).Conclusion LP(a) may activate platelet and is related with the angiopathy in type 2diabetes.
