促进合作托管造林稳定有序发展的几点建议

摘　　要：以《中共中央国务院关于加快林业发展的决定》颁布为标志,我国林业进入了一个新的发展阶段,合作托管造林迅速发展,但也出现了一些问题,行业发展举步维艰。针对这些问题,应加强企业管理、建立行业自治机构、强化政府监督、建立咨询机构和普及公众知识,以促进合作托管造林这个新兴行业稳定、有序的发展。With the issue of the “the Chinese Communist Party and State Council's Resolution to Accelerate theForestry Development ”,forestry has stepped into a brand new stage in China. Cooperating Trusteeship Afforestingdeveloped rapidly, but some questions have appeared. Facing all the difficulties, enterprise management should bestrengthened, the trade autonomy association should be set up, the government supervises should be enhanced, theconsultative organization should be established, and the knowledge about forestry should be spread, to make Cooper-ating Trusteeship Afforesting develop steadily and orderly.
