摘　　要：目的了解我省健康教育机构的设立情况,以及健康教育从业人员的构成状况。方法采用填写调查表、电话访问等形式进行.结果本省共有4个独立建制的健康教育所。全省健康教育专业人员有699人,是1988年(253人)的2.76倍,18年来平均每年的增长速度为5.82%;健康教育专业人员中,本科以上的高学历较少,不具备规定学历的占了20.6%;高职称的专业较少,中、初级职称的也不多;还有106人无任何职称。结论我省健康教育机构设立相对完善,但人员素质与其他卫生机构的人员相比存在差距,需要加强机构与人才队伍建设。Objective To realize the founding of health education institute and the structured condition of personal resouce. Methods To use survey questionnaires and call for interview to get information.Results There are 4 independed health education institutes.The qualified personnel in health education is 699,as 2.76 times as that in 1988.From 1988,the rising rate is about 5.82%in each year.Above college-degree is rarely,and the proportion of no medical basis is 20.6%.Conclusion The health education institute in Yunnan is well founded,but the person’s speciality level is lower than that in other public health institutes.To be emphasised on the building of institute and qualified personnel.
