江苏省大中小学生传染病防治知识知晓率调查

摘　　要：目的了解学生传染病防治知识的掌握情况,为今后学校开展有针对性的传染病防治健康教育工作提供参考。方法采用整群分层随机抽样方法,对江苏省6个城市78所大中小学校9813名大中小学生,开展了学生传染病防治知识知晓率及其水平现况调查。结果学生传染病防治知识总体知晓率为84.2%,但各学习阶段提高的幅度不大,只有1.0~2.6个百分点;学生传染病防治知识总体水平不高,平均知识优良率只占54.7%;小学到大学整个学习阶段学生优良率总体提高了17.7个百分点,平均每个学习阶段只提高了5.6个百分点。结论学生在学校接受传染病防治知识健康教育成效不显著;学校在传染病防治知识方面的健康教育中的作用和效果不够理想,未能真正发挥学校在传染病防治健康教育方面的主渠道作用。Objective To know contagious disease prevention knowledge of primary school, middle School and high school students, and provide reference to carry out health education on contagious disease prevention and control in school. Methods Totally 9 813 students of 78 high schools, middle schools and primary schools in 6 cities of Jiangsu province were selected with random sampling, and tested. Results Generally, awareness rate of contagious disease prevention and control in high school, middle school and primary school students was 84.2%, but the rates in different learning periods increased not obviously, only 1 % to 2.6%. The awareness of contagious disease prevention and control among students was not well, as the awareness rate of excellence was only 54.7%. The awareness rate of excellence in high school students increased only 17.7%. The average awareness rate in different periods was only 5.6%. Conclusion Health education on contagious disease prevention and control in school does not take effect obviously and school has not made an important role play in health education on contagious disease prevention and control with no obvious effect.
