摘 要:采用不同物系进行了苯乙烯环氧化反应制环氧苯乙烷的研究。考察了物系种类、H2O2用量、反应物的加入方式、溶剂种类、酰胺种类等因素对苯乙烯环氧化反应的影响。实验结果表明,在甲酰胺-H2O2物系中,苯乙烯可进行环氧化反应生成环氧苯乙烷。在此物系中,随H2O2用量的增加,苯乙烯的转化率增加,环氧苯乙烷的选择性先增加后减小;加料顺序、溶剂和酰胺种类也影响苯乙烯环氧化反应的转化率和选择性。苯乙烯环氧化反应的优化条件为:甲酰胺-H2O2物系,采用先加入苯乙烯和甲酰胺再滴加H2O2的加料方式,H2O212.8mmol,苯乙烯6.4mmol,甲酰胺15mL,反应温度20℃,反应时间3h。在此条件下,苯乙烯的转化率为10.1%,环氧苯乙烷的选择性为79.5%。Epoxidation of styrene was studied by using formamide (FA)-H2O2 system in which H2O2 as oxidant and FA as activating agent. Effects of each component in the system, H2O2 dosage, operating procedures, different solvents and other amides on epoxidation of styrene were investigated. Epoxidation of styrene mainly occurred in FA-H2O2 system. Along with increase of HH2O2 dosage conversion of styrene increased, and selectivity to epoxyethylbenzene existed a maximum. The conversion and selectivity of styrene epoxidation were also influenced by operating procedures, solvent types and other amides. Under the optimal conditions: H2O2 12.8 mmol (adding H2O2 dropwisely to the mixture of styrene and FA), styrene 6.4 mmol, FA 15 mL, 20℃ and 3 h, the conversion of styrene was 10.1% and selectivity to epoxyethylbenzene was 79.5%.
