摘　　要：水资源的合理配置是个多目标决策问题。本文提出的多目标模糊决策模型,可以在考虑地区差异的前提下,对整个区域上的水资源配置进行综合评价,大大提高了决策的科学性。同时依据此模型设计了相应的水资源配置方案决策系统,使理论更好地应用于实际工程中。Water resource rational allocation is a multi-objective decision problem. Considering the differences of areas, the fuzzy multi-objective decision model is put out in this paper. The model can evaluate water resources rational allocation of the whole region, which enhancing standardization of decision. At the same time, this paper designs a decision system of water resources rational allocation projects based on the model, to the theories apply in practice.
