摘　　要：主要介绍几年来学院教学督导工作的基本思路,开展工作的方式和方法,并在总结的基础上,对如何做好督导工作进行了探讨。The basic routine and work methods of teaching supervision in our college are introduced in this paper.On the basis of summarizing past experiences,how to make the work of teaching monitoring well is discussed.
