徐州城市生态环境质量的演变和原因分析

摘　　要：以徐州市为例,构建生态环境评价指标体系,采用层次分析法,计算徐州市1980~2004年25年的生态环境综合指数,结果表明徐州城市生态环境质量在不同的历史时期表现出不同的演变趋向:缓慢下降(1980~1989年)、快速下降(1989~1993年)、回升(1993~1995年)、急剧恶化(1995~1998年)、全面提升(1998~2004年),并从区域背景、经济发展、资源结构、产业结构、产业空间布局、城市市政设施、生态意识等方面对这种变化的动力机制进行了详细分析。最后提出了进一步提高城市生态环境质量的具体措施。The eco-environmental indexes of Xuzhou urban from 1980 to 2004 were gained based on the set of indicators for urban eco-environment with the method of analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The eco-environmental quality changes in Xuzhou showed different directions and strengths in different periods:tailling off slowly from 1980 to 1989,falling off considerably from 1989 to 1993,upsurging from 1993 to 1995,degenerating rapidly from 1995 to 1998,total improving from 1998 to 2004.Then a detailed analysis on the driving force of the changes was given from region background,economic development,resources structure,industrial structure,industrial layout,municipal infrastructure,eco-conscience,etc.At last the several measures were introduced to improve the eco-environmental quality in Xuzhou urban.
