摘　　要：阐述城市医疗资源优化配置的理论,分析目前我国城市医疗资源配置的现状和存在的问题,归纳我国城市医疗资源配置不合理的主要原因,提出城市医疗资源配置的逻辑框架和城市医疗资源调整与重组的功能定位,以及城市医疗资源调整与重组的方法和作用,探讨在我国城市医疗资源调整中应注意的问题。This article expatiated the theory of optimized allocation of medical resources in cities,and analyzed the situation and existing problems about medical resources allocation in cities in China.On the basis of concluding the major causes of the irrational medical resources allocation it brought forward the logical framework and functional orientation of medical resources recombination in cities,and the methods and effects as well.In the meantime,the problems which should be paid attaition to were also explored.
