摘　　要：面对日益激烈的医疗市场竞争,医院管理者越来越重视情报的重要作用,而情报搜集工作又是竞争情报工作的重要步骤。从竞争情报的来源、搜集方法及其遵循的基本原则三个方面阐述竞争情报的搜集,为医院管理者提供参考依据。Facing the fierce medical market competition,the hospital administrators paid more and more attention to the importance of the intelligence more and more,and collecting competitive intelligence was an important step of competitive intelligence work.This paper explained collection of competition intelligence from source,collective method and basic principle,which offered the reference basis to hospital administrator.
