摘  要:目的探索不同等级医疗机构举办社区卫生服务的效果。方法采用随机抽样的方法对武汉市城区三级医疗机构和一级医疗机构举办的6个社区卫生服务中心的就诊患者进行满意度问卷调查。结果本次调查共收回有效问卷641份,有效率99%;武汉市社区居民对社区卫生服务的满意度评价处于中等水平,而且调查对象对一级机构举办的社区卫生服务中心的总体满意度优于三级社区卫生服务机构;其中一级社区卫生服务机构在服务态度、服务技术、药品价格和就诊程序等4个方面的满意度优于三级社区卫生服务机构,在医疗设备、就诊环境和信任度等指标,两类机构的满意度没有显著性差异。结论三级社区卫生服务机构更应重视全科医疗培训、改善整体服务态度、提高服务质量和降低药品价格。Objective To explore the effect of the community health services held by different level medical institutions.Methods Six of community health services centers were selected at random in Wuhan.Results The effective response rate to the questionnaire was 99%.The results showed that satisfaction degree of patients was at the middle level.The whole satisfaction degree of patients from the first-level medical institutions was higher than that of the third-level medical institution as well as the satistaction of service attitude,service technology,medicine price and medical program,for example.The satisfaction degree of two levels medical institutions in medical equipment,medical environment and confidence were not significant.Conclusion The third-level medical institution was suggested paying more attention to the training of general practitioner,improving the attitude and quality of service,and reducing the price of medicine.
