摘　　要：介绍机载通讯设备自动测试系统的硬件设计,包括如何由需求分析确定硬件设计方案、硬件设计具体内容、硬件设计流程以及硬件设计中的难点与解决方案。自动测试系统已投入生产运行,满足机载设备大修时的测试、诊断需求,较大地提高了维修效率。The hardware design of Automatic Test System(ATS) for airborne communication equipments is introduced,including how to determinate the hardware design project according to requirement specification,hardware design detailed contents,hardware design flow,and difficult and problem solving in hardware design.Now being in used,the ATS meets the need of test and diagnosis in airborne equipment complete overhaul,and maintenance efficiency has been increased greatly.
