摘　　要：介绍实际应用中使用集成锁相频率合成芯片MB1504构成频率合成器的设计原理和应用方法,以实现小型化,低成本,低功耗,高品质的频率综合器。In the fields of modern electronics,The highly precise,highly reliable digital frequency synthesizers with programmable reference divider are being more and more popular.In this thesis,the application of the frequency synthesizer is introducted by using MB1504 series,a single chip serial input PLL frequency synthesizer with BI-CMOS technology and pulse-swallow function.
