摘  要:现代化大型企业中一些在役压力容器由于种种客观原因难以按照法规进行耐压试验,针对这一问题提出制定替代方法需要考虑的七个方面因素;研究了基于风险的检验方法和检验策略,并同我国现行定期检验规范进行了比较,提出可以借鉴风险评估的方法,为确定免除耐压试验替代方法提供依据;给出了制定事故应急预案的编制指南,最后提出大型企业在役压力容器免除耐压试验的安全管理模式框架。In modern large-scale plant, the pressure test as prescribed in Regulation usually could not be executed on pressure vessel in-service due to various reasons. An alternative inspection method concerning with seven factors may be used for the pressure vessel in-service exempted from pressure test. The RBI (Risk-Based Inspection) method and its strategy are studied and compared with the domestic current periodical inspection regulation. By means of that RBI conception, an effective method is proposed, and an instruction for stipulating emergency plan of accident is provided. Finally, the safety-management model for the pressure vessel in-service exempted from pressure test is also presented out.
