山东省城市经济发展水平与用地效率关系的计量分析

摘　　要：通过山东省17城市建成区的经济数据与土地利用效率进行回归分析,发现:继续进行粗放型经济发展,单纯增加地均GDP对增加山东省城市人均GDP的作用很小;而追求集约型经济发展,增加山东省城市经济的盈利能力,提高地均利税总额对增加人均GDP的作用却很大。Through regression analysis in the economic data and land-using efficiency of 12 cities in Shandong Province,it is found that it has little effect on urban GDP per capita of Shandong Province only by continuously making extensive economic development and simply increasing GDP per capita;while it has large effect on increas-ing GDP per capita by pursuing intensive economic development and increasing economic profitability of Shandong cities.
