摘　　要：经济全球化使国际竞争日益加剧,20世纪70年代兴起的管理贸易从20世纪90年代开始表现出新的特点。西方国家的管理贸易政策和措施将影响和改变世界资源配置的领域与方向,造成资源扭曲和低效率。全球范围资源配置的帕累托最优选择难以实现。中国应从国家安全和经济可持续发展的角度探讨资源配置策略。Economic globalization has intensified international competition day by day.The trade management policy emerges in the 70s’,Yet starting from the 90’s it displays the new characteristic.By exerting an influence on and changing the global resource allocation areas and orientation,the policies and measures of western nations will cause resources distortion and low efficiency.The choice of Pareto optimality on global resources allocation is hard to realize.China should discuss resources allocation strategy from the aspect of national security and economical sustainable development.
