江西省外商直接投资潜力的实证分析

摘　　要：外商直接投资潜力指数是衡量一个地区吸引外资水平的重要标志。在中部崛起的大战略环境下,随着对外开放政策从沿海地区向中部地区梯度推进,江西省把招商引资作为经济社会发展的助推器。本文以外商直接投资潜力为切入点,运用业绩指数和潜力指数,分析江西吸引外资的能力及潜力,并根据分析结果提出增强江西省外商直接投资潜力的对策建议。Foreign businessmen’s direct investment potentiality index is an important sign that weighs the level of absorbing foreign capital for a region. Under the great strategy environment of emerging in the middle part and from coastal area to the gradient promotion of middle part with open policy, Jiangxi Province regards inviting outside investment as the boost motor of socio-economic development. This paper takes foreign businessmen’s direct investment potentiality as a breakthrough point,uses the achievement index and potentiality index to analyze the ability and potentiality of Jiangxi to absorb foreign capital and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen foreign businessmen’s investments potentiality in Jiangxi province according to analysis result.
