摘　　要：长征时期,中央红军为摆脱敌人的围追堵截,顺利完成战略转移,在不同阶段对部队编制以及指挥体制进行了多次改编,大大增强了指挥的灵活性和军队的战斗力,为中央红军夺取长征最后胜利奠定了基础。During the Long March, the Central Red Army reorganized its command and control system in different stages, which is of historic and far-reaching importance on the final victory of the Long March. This paper summarizes the general rules of the implications of establishment and command and control systems on fighting effectiveness of the armed forces, on the basis of analyzing the cause and impact of the change of the Red Army's establishment and command and control.
