摘　　要：群众工作是构建社会主义和谐社会的基础性工作。做好群众工作对于构建和谐社会意义重大。同时,建设和谐社会对群众工作提出了新的任务和要求。适应构建和谐社会需要,推进群众工作,必须从多方面作出努力。Mass work is the basic work for construction of a harmonious society. The well-doing of mass work is of great significance for a harmonious society. At the meantime, the construction of a harmonious society puts forward new tasks and demands for it. In order to meet the demands, we must promote the mass work and make efforts from muti-aspects.
