中国单位社会的原型与转型

摘　　要：当前的中国社会是一种市场化的单位社会。面对市场化条件下的自由竞争经济,在社会结构转型的特殊阶段,中国的单位社会发生了异化。单位的社会功能逐渐衰弱,生产型功能增强,但这是否意味着单位制在衰弱呢?通过历史的方法去追溯单位社会的母本,在分析不同社会背景下单位社会的变迁基础上来研究单位社会的原型与转型问题。Chinese society is a makertizational society now.Facing the free economy,the Chinese unit has alienated during the period of social structure′s transformation.The social function of unit organization has reduced.But can we say that the unit society is disappearing? The article tries to study the prototype and the transformation of unit society by analyzing the evolution of the society.
