摘　　要：我国加入世界贸易组织之后,知识产权问题越来越突出,因此,引起了国家的高度重视。吉林省作为一个经济欠发达的省份,更有必要制定符合自己特点和实际状况的知识产权战略,实现经济的跨越式发展。结合吉林省知识产权的现状,分析了吉林省制定知识产权战略的必要性和紧迫性,并提出了建设性意见。It is necessary for Jilin prorince to lay down the strategy of intellectual property which has its own characteristics so as to achieve the economic development.The article analyzes the necessity and urgency of laying down the strategy of intellectual property combined with the current situation of intellectual property in Jilin province,puts forward some suggestions.
