摘　　要：油气勘探项目管理较之一般项目管理有其复杂性和特殊性。文章通过对现行勘探项目管理模式和项目管理运作中存在问题的分析,提出了理顺内部管理的思路和符合西南油气田分公司管理理念的勘探项目管理模式。Project management for oil and gas exploration has its specificity comparing with common project managements. According to analysis on existing project management models and problems occurred in running of project management, a new management model fitting management theory of Southwest Oil and Gas Fields Company and a thought to straighten internal management are discussed.
