摘　　要：长期以来,美国一直努力实施全球资源战略,鼓励本国公司到海外勘探开发矿产资源,以获取廉价、优质的矿产资源,保证本国资源需求。美国全球资源战略的国内措施和条件包括法制行政架构、联邦战略储备、资源信息系统、国内市场条件;其政府国际行为主要涵盖国际资源合作、国际经济合作、外交军事手段和掌控运输要道;美国资源开采跨国公司行动的主要特征表现为高度跨国经营、并购重组活跃、多元地域战略和市场目标倾斜等方面。All along America always implements global resource strategy and encourages domestic companies accessing to overseas resource exploration and obtaining cheap resource to guarantee domestic demand. In order to implement global resource strategy, America carries out many measures such as legal political structure, federal strategic storage, resource information system and domestic market conditions. As for diplomacy, the main factors include international resource cooperation, international economic cooperation, diplomatic and military approaches and control of transportation routes. The main characteristics of American transnational companies include highly international operation, actively merger and reorganization, diversified regional strategy and inclining market objectives.
