摘　　要：从“三农”问题的发展历程可知社会主义新农村建设是中国社会发展的必然选择。全面开展社会主义新农村建设, 标志着中国现代化建设进入整体推进城乡协调发展的新阶段。建设社会主义新农村,要结合各地实际情况,科学合理地规划, 要全面落实科学发展观,把“工业反哺农业,城市支持农村”落到实处。From the developing process of the issue concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers, it can be concluded that the essential choice for social development is the construction of socialist new countryside, which is also the symbol of new stage that the construction of Chinese modernization has penetrated into the construction of harmonious development between urban and rural area. In order to build socialist new countryside, we should plan scientifically according to different situations, implement the concept of scientific development and put the call that 'industry help agriculture; urban support countryside' into effect.
