摘　　要：合理的“U”型场地单板雪上技巧的起飞技术是保证起飞高度的重要技术环节,通过对进槽技术,槽壁与槽底的滑行技术、起飞技术的分析,目的是为“U”型场地单板的教学、训练提供技术理论参考。Reasonable taking off technologies of single-slide skills on “U”ground are important technical segments that ensure the taking-off height.By analyzing the skills of going into groove,the sliding skills of groove wall and groove bottom and going off skills,the author is to provide technical theory references for teaching and training of single-slide on the “U” ground.
