高校体育课内外“一体化”教学改革研究

摘　　要：依据现代教育、教学指导思想和《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》要求 ,根据学校具体情况 ,在教学内容、教学评价方法和课程组织形式方面进行了改革和实验研究 ,形成了体育课内外“一体化”发展模式。使体育课堂教学和课外体育活动建立了有机联系 ,加强学生实践能力的培养 ,为终身体育打下坚实基础。Based on the school specific situation,study of the reform and experiment is made on the teaching content,the teaching apptaising method,according to the guided idea of the modern education and teaching,and the requirement of“the Teaching Guided outline of PE Course in the Country Common Colleges and Universities”,the author formed the developing pattern of the within-outside-class“unify” teaching reform in the PE class,which makes the PE within-class teaching connect with the outside-class PE activity,reinforces the cultivation of student’s practical ability,1ays a solid basis on the 1ife1ong PE.
