摘　　要：结合高校篮球运动队篮球训练与比赛中的篮板球问题 ,对篮板球的技术与战术进行分析 ,指出篮板球是获得球权、发动快攻和二次进攻 ,使球队取胜的关键因素之一。本文针对加强大学生篮板球意识及其采用的技、战术训练方法进行了深入地研究。The author analyzes the skills and tactics of rebounds according to the basketball training and rebounds of basketball team in colleges and universities.The author points out the rebounds are one of the most critical factors of gaining the serving the ball,fast offensive and offensive again which makes the team win.The author also puts forward some reference suggestions for training to enhance the students consciousness of rebounds and skills,tacics and training methods.
