摘　　要：教练员的临场指挥对于各层次的排球比赛都很重要 ,而临场指挥在高水平的排球比赛中 ,对于充分发挥本队的长处有效地遏制对手 ,以保持和扭转战局 ,使比赛朝着有利于自己方面发展并最终取得比赛的胜利至关重要。就此 ,谈谈教练员如何根据比赛的实际情况 ,利用技术暂停机会进行相机巧变的临场指挥艺术。The coach’s on-the-spot conduct is very important to every level volleyball match,while the on-the -spot conduct in the high level vollegball match is vital for the players to make full use of the advantage of their team,to restrain their opponents efficiently,to keep and turn round the situation,to make the match develop in a good direction and to succeed at last.So according to the actual situation of the match,the author talks about how the coach makes the skillful on-the-spot conduct using the chance of the technical pause.
