摘 要:通过理论分析,阐述了清梳联各阶段产生大量短绒、棉结、杂质的机理,提出了通过适当降低打手运转转速、合理控制产量来减轻对纤维的损伤,减少棉结的产生,同时提出清梳联要采取“早落防碎”工艺,强力除杂机采取恒压差工艺控制尘笼表面纤维层的压缩,以利于除去细小杂质,最终实现减少生条结杂粒数的目的。Through theoretical analysis, this paper describes the mechanism in which a large a-mount of short fiber, neps, and impurities occur at different stages of blowing-carding, puts forward how to reduce the rotation speed of the beater suitably and control the output rationally to lighten the damage to the fiber and reduce the number of neps. The process ' early drop to avoid breaking' is desirable for blowing-carding. The strengthened trash-eliminator controls the compression of the fiber layer on the surface of the screen cage with the constant pressure difference so as to remove the tiny impurities and reach the carded sliver free from neps and trash particles.
