摘　　要：低温及负温混凝土施工所用混凝土外加剂存在质量问题,如氯盐量、硫酸钠掺量过高、外加剂质量差等,给建筑工程带来极大隐患。针对上述影响因素,外加剂制生产企业、施工单位及质量监督部门必须采用相应的质量控制措施,才能保证混凝土的质量。The problems that in the concrete of the low and minus temperature building,as the superfluous material and their poor qualities bring great hidden trouble to the building project.Against to these factors,the operation corporation,the building units and the quality supervised department must adopt proper measures so that can ensure the material′s quality.
