高血压病绝经前后脂蛋白(a)及血脂含量分析

摘　　要：目的　观察女性高血压患者绝经前后血清脂蛋白(a) [Lp(a) ]及血脂水平的变化。方法　本组女性高血压患者113例,分绝经前及绝经后组。测定晨起空腹静脉血中Lp(a)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆因醇(LDL -C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL -C)。将各指标与对照组比较及高血压患者绝经前后组间比较。结果　高血压组,Lp(a)、TC、TG、LDL -C均高于对照组,HDL -C、HDL -C/TG则低于对照组:高血压绝经后组,Lp(a)、TC、TG、LDL -C均高于绝经前组,HDL -C/TG低于绝经前组。结论　女性高血压患者绝经后,血清Lp(a)、TC、TG、LDL -C增高,HDL -C/TG较绝经前降低。Objective It is to observe the change of lipoprotein(a)[Lp(a)]and blood-lipid of hypertensiven in front and behind menopause.Methods:The group consisting of 113 feminine hypertensives was divided into two sections-in front menopause and behind menopause.Changes of Lp(a),total cholesterol(TC),riglyceride(TG),and highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) were determined in vein blood before breakfast,then compared with normal group and compared the quotas of hypertensives in front menopause with behind menopause in the group. Results:The hypertension group’s Lp(a),TC,TG,and LDL-C were all higher,but the HdL-C,HDL-C/TG were lower than normal group. The Lp(a) ,TC,TG and LDL-C in hypertensives behind menopause were higher than ones in front menopause,bet HDL-C/TG is lower than these in front menopause. Conclusion: Menopause later,hypertensives’ Lp(a),TC,TG and LDL-C will increase and HDL-C/TG will decrease than before.
