摘  要:目的:观察参芪注射液(丹参总酚酸/黄芪总皂苷混合注射液)对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:结扎大鼠冠状动脉左前降支40min,复灌60min后复制大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型,观察参芪注射液对大鼠心肌酶学、心梗面积和脂质过氧化的影响。结果:参芪注射液能减少心肌细胞磷酸激酶(CK)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的释放,明显缩小心肌梗死面积,能显著提高大鼠血清和心肌组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,降低血清和心肌中脂质过氧化代谢产物(MDA)的含量。结论:参芪注射液对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤具有明显的保护作用,其机制可能和清除自由基、抑制脂质过氧化反应有关。Aim: To study the effects of Shenqi injection on ischemia and reperfusion injury in rat hearts. Methods: Ischemia and reperfusion injury in rat hearts was induced by occluding the left anterior descending coronary artery for 40 min and restoring blood perfusion for 60 min. The influence of Shenqi injection on enzymes of myocardium, myocardial infarction size and lipid peroxide were determined. Result: In rats treated by Shenqi injection the creatine phosphokinase (CK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity and the myocardial infarction size were all significantly decreased. Meanwhile, shenqi injection raised the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and reduced malondialdehyde (MDA) content in myocardial and serum in comparison with the control. Conclusion: Shenqi injection exhibits an apparent protective effect against rat heart ischemia/ reperfusion injury in a dose-dependent manner. The action is related to the inhibition of the free radical and subsequent lipid peroxidation.
